Take 5 Oil Change Planord provides professional automotive maintenance services including, but not limited to:

  • Conventional, synthetic-blend, and full-synthetic oil changes
  • 19-point multi-point vehicle inspections
  • Air filter (cabin and engine) replacement
  • Windshield wiper replacement
  • Fluid checks and top-offs (coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering)
  • Tire pressure adjustment
  • Battery testing

All services are provided at our Planord location. Service availability, pricing, and offerings are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline service for any vehicle that poses a safety concern or is outside the scope of our qualified services.

3. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be requested through our website contact form or by phone. Appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from our team. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-in clients.

We request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to operational requirements, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks are not accepted.

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
  • Coupon and promotional discounts must be presented before the start of service.
  • We do not offer payment plans or deferred billing for standard services.
  • In the event of a billing dispute, please contact us within 30 days of the service date.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in service refusal.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Take 5 Oil Change Planord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, mechanical failures unrelated to our services, or damage resulting from information obtained on our website.

By leaving your vehicle with us, you acknowledge and accept these limitations as a condition of receiving service.

6. Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a problem directly related to a service we performed:

  • Oil change services carry a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first).
  • Replacement parts (filters, wipers, etc.) are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
  • We will re-perform any defective service at no additional charge upon verification.
  • Warranty claims must be made at our Planord location with your original receipt.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or services performed by third parties after our service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Take 5 Oil Change Planord or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
